This workshop provides insight into the multi-billion dollar supplement industry, with a focus on supplements used in the fitness field, ranging from protein supplements to testosterone boosters, fat burners, and performance-enhancing substances. Participants will learn about each product, how they work in the body, how they're made, and the research behind their effects (or lack thereof), from an objective point of view. The workshop enables participants to assess the efficacy, safety, and cost-to-benefit ratio of supplements for themselves and their clients, allowing them to make informed decisions when it comes to supplement use.
