and the “Sports Injuries and Post-Rehab Course”. It prepares exercise professionals to bridge the gap between medical doctors and exercise by understanding medical conditions, terminology, and treatment approaches, while applying appropriate nutritional and exercise guidelines. It also focuses on common musculoskeletal injuries, enabling participants to design safe, effective programs in collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve clients’ quality of life.
