  • Understand the role and impact of having full mobility at the level of the glenohumeral joint (shoulder joint), scapulothoracic joint (scapular motion), along with the thoracic spine to effectively perform overhead shoulder exercises 

  • Learn the mechanics of overhead presses

  • Learn how to develop a series of exercises to mobilize the thoracic spine 

  • Learn how to improve overhead presses

  • Explore how to prevent unnecessary stress and potential shoulder injuries.
